Welcome to Dynamics Mobile’s Partner Program! This guide will help you get up and running with Dynamics Mobile’s solutions so you can effectively support your clients and grow your business.

1. Getting to Know Dynamics Mobile

Understanding the core of what Dynamics Mobile offers is the first step to successful partnership. Our solutions are designed to streamline operations, optimize productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction in last-mile services. 2. Getting Access

Before diving into the details, make sure you have the necessary account permissions. Contact your Partner Account Manager to receive access to:

  • Partner Portal: Your central hub for all partner resources, marketing materials, and updates.

  • Support Center: Access technical support, raise issues, and monitor ticket statuses.

3. Get to know the different partner tiers

Dynamics Mobile offers different partnership tiers, designed to balance between the partner requirements and capabilities and the outcome.

4. Request and attend to a Product Demo Call.

Please request and align with our sales team on having a product demonstration in suitable time. The initial product demonstration will be a rather high level presentation of the different solutions from the Dynamics Mobile portfolio and demonstration of the most notable ones. The call is an ideal starting point to get to know each other and be able to start our journey together.

5. Request and attend to On-boarding Partner Call.

Please request and align with our sales team on having a onboarding call to discuss our partnership, your sales and marketing approach, getting started tips and other topics on how you can utilize our partnership in the best possible way.

6. Get familiar with the Dynamics Mobile Partner Portal App

Dynamics Mobile Partner Portal is an app which is the main point of contact with us. Every partner needs to start using the Partner Portal app to be able to manage their demo and client tenants as well as getting resources to the partner documents and be able to submit opportunities and more.
