Granting access to other users

How to grant access to more partner team members

The partner primary administrator can grant access to other users.

  1. Login to the Partner Portal App

  2. Go to the ADM app by choosing it from the App selector.

  3. Click Users button

  1. Click [+] button on top

  2. Enter the username, person names and person email.

  3. Select role "Partner Admin" or "Partner User"

  4. Click the [Create] button at the bottom and wait for the system to create the users.

The users will receive welcome email to their email addresses and the email will contain link to the partner tenant.
