At Dynamics Mobile, we believe that a successful partnership is built on knowledge, collaboration, and shared values. To ensure that our partners are equipped with the tools and understanding needed to effectively sell and implement our solutions, we offer a comprehensive training program tailored to different partner tiers: Basic, Silver, and Gold.
Basic Partner Training
Upon signing up as a partner, all partners are invited to a 1-2 hour onboarding session provided by our sales team via Microsoft Teams or another online platform. This session is designed to introduce our vision, values, and mission and provide an overview of our solutions and products. Partners will also be guided through the sales process, receive a quick product demo, and get an introduction to the Partner Portal. This session is a key component of the partner onboarding process and will provide access to the portal, ensuring a smooth start in working with us.
Silver & Gold Partner Training
For Silver and Gold partners, we offer advanced training that dives deeper into our solutions. These partners are required to complete additional training across several key areas:
Detailed Product Sales Overview Silver and Gold partners will receive in-depth training on the full range of our products and services, covering their features, benefits, and the best sales practices for each.
Functional Training Functional training is aimed at implementor teams, enabling them to fully understand how to implement our solutions efficiently and effectively for clients.
Technical Training Technical training is intended for support teams (post-implementation), providing them with the skills needed to troubleshoot and assist with product support after deployment.
Training Fee & Requirements
In order to achieve Silver or Gold status, partners must complete the advanced training program. The training is conducted over the course of a few days and comes with an associated partnership fee that covers the costs of these sessions. This ensures that our partners receive the most comprehensive training available, tailored to the needs of their team and business.
Incentives & Benefits by Tier
Basic Partners: Access to foundational training and the Partner Portal.
Silver Partners: Enhanced incentives and additional training for implementation and technical support teams.
Gold Partners: Highest-level incentives, access to exclusive resources, and premium training to ensure exceptional sales and implementation capabilities.
