Tenants
View and manage partner's tenants
The tenants screen shows the list of the partner tenants.
The partner tenants are tenants of the partner's customer as well as demo and development tenants.
The user can:
see the list of the partner tenants together with their names, company and others.
click over tenant name to open the tenant portal in another tab ( user must be joined to the tenant to be able to login into the tenant)
click over the tenant [print] icon to open the tenant subscription report
search for a tenant
see the tenant details ( grid columns )
tenant name
tenant company
tenant production status ( PRODUCTION or not )
tenant billing mode (manual or automatic)
tenant enabled/suspended status
tenant contract number
Every partner organization has one master tenant, which is used as partner portal ( e.g. the Partner Portal app is installed in this tenant).
The partner gets access to additional tenants based on the the number of their active customers. Each customer( organization ) gets by default 3 tenants:
DEV tenant tenant used for development and internal testing. The data in this tenant is highly volatile and new apps/features are deployed any minute. Such tenants can be deleted any moment. The DEV tenants are NOT backed up automatically.
UAT tenant tenant used for User Acceptance Testing. Data in such tenants is less vilaile and UAT tenants will never be deleted without fair lead time. The UAT tenants are NOT backed up automatically.
PRODUCTION tenant tenants used for production loads. Data in such tenants is automatically backed up daily. Such tenants will not be deleted until a proper subscription is maintained .
Tenants must have proper subscription to be kept alive. If there is no associated active subscription with the tenant, the tenant will be deleted.
