End-customer Quote
Description: A document outlining the pricing, products, services, and terms for a proposed deal or opportunity. Sent by DM to the partner for approval before proceeding with a formal agreement and meant to face the end-customer.
Audience: Partner and Customer (initial deal negotiation).
Partner-Margin Quote
Description: A quote for the partner, including partner-specific pricing and margin details. Issued after the initial End-customer quote.
Audience: Partner only (initial deal negotiation).
Project Initiation Document (PID)
Description: A formal agreement outlining the details of the implementation project, including team responsibilities, timelines, phases, and other specifics. Signed by the partner to confirm project details.
Audience: Partner (when DM is acting as a subcontractor).
Subscription Agreement
Description: A legal document that governs the terms of the subscription between DM, the partner, and the customer. Signed by both the partner and the customer to confirm terms.
Audience: Partner and Customer (for ongoing subscription-based services).
Solution Design (SD) Document
Description: A comprehensive document that outlines the technical and functional design of the solution, including all customer requirements and customizations. Signed by both the partner and the customer.
Audience: Partner and Customer (after analysis sessions and before implementation).
Change Request (CR)
Description: A formal request document that outlines any changes or customizations to the original solution design. Includes cost estimates and invoices for additional work required.
Audience: Partner and Customer (for customizations or deviations from the original scope).
UAT Acceptance Protocol
Description: A document that acknowledges the customer’s acceptance of the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase. It confirms that the customer has tested the solution and agrees that it meets the required specifications.
Audience: Customer (for UAT sign-off).
Go-Live Sign-Off Protocol
Description: A formal document that confirms the successful completion of the hypercare phase during the go-live of the solution on the production environment. Signed by both the partner and customer to mark the official completion of the live operation phase and clearly state that the customer and solution are being transitioned to standard support mode.
Audience: Partner and Customer (after go-live phase).
Invoice
Description: A formal document that details the amounts owed for products, services, or work completed. Issued by DM for payments related to the PID, Subscription Agreement, or any additional services.
Audience: Partner and Customer (for payments based on milestones or project stages).
Partner Support Agreement
Description: A contract that defines the support terms for the partner, including response times, issue resolution procedures, and support tiers (e.g., SLA-based support). Silver and Gold partners are required to have Partner Support Agreement.
Audience: Partner
Customer Support Agreement
Description: A contract that defines the support terms for the customer (applicable for customers with basic partners or without partners), including response times, issue resolution procedures, and support tiers (e.g., SLA-based support).
Audience: Customer
Partner Agreement
Description: An agreement that governs the terms of a partner’s membership in the Dynamics Mobile Partner Program, including fees, benefits, and renewal terms.
Audience: Partner (for becoming a Basic, Silver or Gold partner).
SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Description: A formal document that outlines the agreed-upon service levels between DM and the partner or customer, including response times, issue resolution, and escalation procedures.
Audience: Partner or Customer (for support and service delivery).
Partner NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Description: A confidentiality agreement signed before the formal partnership agreement. It allows the partner to discuss opportunities and share customer details in advance of the formal partnership while ensuring that sensitive information remains protected.
Audience: Partner (signed before the partnership agreement, when the partner has a customer and needs to discuss the opportunity in advance).
